1. Well Input
Subsea: seabed depth. CPP: drill-floor/platform reference.
Casing and liner shoes will not be allowed deeper than this.
2. Casing / Liner Design Basis
Calculate from Top Reservoir and stop the casing/liner program when no additional interval is required.
Select whether the 9-5/8" string is a full-length casing or a liner.
Option 1: system designs from Top Reservoir and automatically removes unnecessary deeper liner rows.
Option 2: selected liner bottom is fixed, then casing above it is recalculated to fit the available depth.
3. Completion Recommendation Rules
Planning recommendation = Top Reservoir − value
Planning recommendation = Tubing End − value
Recommendation = Packer − value
Chemical injection valve: preliminary 100 m above packer
TRSV: preliminary 150 m below seabed / CPP reference; verify with completion design
Preliminary planning offsets only. The calculator uses Top Reservoir as the reference because no perforation/base-of-zone depth is entered. Confirm final tubing, packer, gauge, CIV and TRSV depths against the completion schematic, reservoir interval, intervention requirements and equipment/vendor limits.
